Policies:

IAll of our cottages are non -smoking.

We reserve the right to reject or terminate any reservation at any time.

No refund for late arrival or early departure.

A deposit is required when you make your reservation and the balance is due upon arrival.

SUMMER WEEKLY CANCELLATION POLICY:  your deposit, less a cancellation fee of $150 will only be refunded if notice of cancellation is received no later than 8 weeks prior to the beginning of your reservation.

July and August we require a deposit of $500.00 to be paid when you make your reservation via credit card or e-transfer.

Long weekends in our off-season we require 50% deposit and our cancellation policy as stated above applies.

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am.

July and August we only rent our cottages from Saturday to Saturday.

DOGS:  You must be in control of your dog at all times.  We are NOT responsible  ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES.

All cottages are for two adults - no charge for children but any additional adults will be $15 per night per person.

MOTORIZED VEHICLES/ATV'S:  All operators must have a valid driver's licence and all vehicles/ATV's must be plated and insured - maximum driving speed is 10km/hr.

FISH CLEANING:  There is a fish cleaning station down by the beach on the East side - please wash the station after use (counter,sink etc.) - do not leave any guts in garbage at fish cleaning station - all waste to be tied in garbage bags and put in garbage facility.

GARBAGE/RECYCLE:  There are garbage bins located on the west side of the park (down by swings) - the recycle bins are also there.  Only clear garbags bags are allowed at our dump.

BEACH/PLAYGROUND/DOCKS:  No children under 13 allowed at playground or beach unsupervised by an adult or a sibling 16 or older at any time.

ADDITIONAL FEES:  There will be an additional fee of $250.00 if the cottages are not left in the same condition as when you arrived.  Also if anything is broken you will be charged accordingly.
